From Our Customers

Kingsley Montessori School brought a complex financing opportunity to acquire a historic Back Bay building to Rockland Trust. The deal had a tight timeline and involved multiple units, including a refinance, a bond issue, a credit line, and several possible ways to structure the deal, all of which we explored. Rockland worked creatively and quickly with us every step of the way to ultimately craft a
financing structure that assured Kingsley was able to remain in, and now own, the beloved Exeter Street building.
