New Medical Building with Lab Services Coming to Medway

Milford, MA – June 6, 2023 - Lobisser Companies secured financing from Rockland Trust to develop Medway’s newest medical building. The building will be leased on a long term basis to Milford Regional Physician Group, a subsidiary of Milford Regional Hospital.

The new building, designed, permitted and constructed by Lobisser & Ferreira Construction Corp, will be approximately 22,000 sq feet of medical offices with nearly 90 parking spaces. This location will offer laboratory services, x-ray, urgent care, family medicine, pediatrics and woman’s health.

It is expected that the facility will be open at 68A Main Street Medway, MA in early spring 2024.
