Log-In Questions
How do I login to the Rockland Trust Business Online Banking for the first time?
You will now login to Rockland Trust Business Online Banking right from our home page at RocklandTrust.com. Enter your user ID on the home page and click "Login" and enter your new temporary password (this will be supplied to you in a letter from Rockland Trust). Upon your first login, you will be prompted to select a security image, enter an image phrase, select three security questions, and re-set your temporary password. What if I cannot remember my user ID?
If you have forgotten your User ID, please contact Rockland Trust via e-mail at Customer.Service@RocklandTrust.com or by phone at 888.878.7824 and we will e-mail your user ID to the email address we have on file.
What do I do if my password does not work?
You have two options to obtain a new password. You can use the link "Forgot my password" and if supplied the correct Rockland Trust account information you can select you new password and gain access to the system instantly. Or if you were supplied your Password from a Copany Administrator they can assign you a new password. If you have failed the login process you can contact a Customer Service Representative at 888.878.7824.
Can I change my user ID and Password?
Your User ID will remain the same and cannot be changed. The system will allow you to change your password at any time.
ACH Questions
What is the cutoff time for a daily ACH file submission?
The system cut-off time is 4:30 pm.
How do I work with ACH Batches?

How do I import a file into my ACH batch?

Which browsers should I use to access Rockland Trust Online Banking Service?
For best performance, we recommend you use one of the following supported browsers:
- Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0
- Internet Explorer (IE) 7.0
How do I change my browser?
Changing your browser to a currently supported version is easy. You can download a browser from the following Web sites:
Notes: When the download is complete, follow the instructions to install the browser. After it is installed, you may want to select it as your default browser.
Monitor Screen Resolution for best viewing: 800 x 600 VGA or 1024 x 768 VGA, Windows display properties settings should be 96 dpi (Windows default). Browser text size should be medium.
How do I export my account history to Quick Books® or other accounting packages?
The Online Banking system will support QuickBooks 2006 and more current versions. You may need to modify older versions of your QuickBooks software to have a successful download. Refer to the following QuickBooks instructions for additional assistance.
